snow is glistening

it is a BLIZZARD. and here are my plans for today:

lunch with a girl from work. straighten out overcharge on dry cleaning.
read at a coffee shop in adams morgan for 3 hours. visit abha in dupont.
have dinner with john. party at brians. in the snowwww. i brought my spend the night stuff in case of emergency. so i think i'm all set!

4am update:

i ended up getting a misscoded dry cleaning bill fixed, met lona for lunch at open city, got pooped on TWICE by birds who were up in the rafters by the heaters, spent 6 hours at becca's reading, chatting and watching the sopranos while the snow steadily fell all day long, then i headed out to meet my roommate at a party. then we spent an hour waiting for the metro home and ended up chatting with these two fellows about a whole bunch of topics. and now i'm home after trudging through 2 feet of snow. long day.
